All Venturhaus products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your vehicle configuration and selections, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has entered production.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Products:

All products produced and sold by Venturhaus are manufactured on a made-to-order basis. This includes selections such as, but not limited to:

  • Van platform compatibility (Ford Transit vs. Mercedes Sprinter)

  • Model year or wheelbase options

  • Color, finish, size, and configuration choices

Once an order is submitted and production has begun, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Order Review Responsibility

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before checkout. This includes confirming:

  • The correct van make and model

  • Proper fitment and compatibility

  • Selected colors, finishes, and sizes

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and confirmed all selections and understand that the product is being built specifically for you.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter production. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation eligibility once the order is submitted.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Refunds are not issued

  • Exchanges are not available

This policy applies to all Venturhaus products unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of delivery. We may request photos and additional information to evaluate the issue. Approved cases may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion.
